How It Works

    Send your requirement through the form on our India or international wholesale page. We reply within 1 business day with our B2B catalogue and prices.

  2. 2Samples

    Choose the teas you want to try. Samples come in 20 g packs, about 10 cups each, with a printed brewing guide. We can add empty retail packets so you can check the packaging.

  3. 3First blend or final selection

    Pick your final teas from the samples. For a custom blend, you fill in a short questionnaire and we send a first blend to taste about 2 weeks later, before you commit to anything. We refine it with you and set the price after the first version.

  4. 4Order

    When you're ready to order, we sign a B2B agreement with you, so both sides know exactly what to expect from day one.

  5. 5Dispatch

    Smaller orders are dispatched in 7–10 days, larger ones in up to 4 weeks, plus transit time.

What is your minimum order?

10 kg per tea for bulk whole leaf tea, 25 kg per blend for speciality CTC masala chai blends from our catalogue, 25 kg per custom blend, 200 units per tea per packaging type for private label, and 5,000 pyramid tea bags per flavour. Planning a smaller first order for a launch? Tell us what you need and we'll see what's possible.

Can I get samples, and what do they cost?

Yes, in 20 g packs, about 10 cups each. In India, up to 10 teas cost ₹300. Outside India, we charge a nominal sampling fee to cover our costs, confirmed once you've chosen your teas; those samples leave within 3–4 days and arrive about a week later. There's no separate charge for custom blend samples.

Who owns a custom blend? Is it exclusive?

The blend is made only for your brand and not offered to anyone else, for as long as you keep buying it from us. The recipe stays ours; you get the full ingredient list for your labels.

How long does an order take?

Smaller orders are dispatched in 7–10 days and larger ones in up to 4 weeks, plus transit time. Tell us the number of teas, the quantity of each and the packing split, and we'll give you a date.

Do you make tea bags?

Yes: pyramid tea bags, 2 g each, in biodegradable PLA or nylon. The minimum is 5,000 bags per flavour.

Is there a setup cost for private label?

No. Choose from our packaging catalogue, or send us your own packaging. You supply the label design, print-ready.

Which documents do you provide for export?

We prepare the certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, Tea Board approval and FDA prior notice. You handle import clearance and duties.
