Steeping It Right

  • Put 2 gm leaves in an empty cup

    We recommend to add the right quantity of leaves to get the the right and full flavour of your tea

  • Pour 200 ml water at 90-95 ºC

    Heat up some fresh water instead of re-heating to maximise oxygen content and enhance taste

  • Let it steep for 4-5 minutes

    Vary steeping time as per your taste preference to lighten or strengthen your tea

  • Strain and serve

    Most of our teas can be re-steeped for a second serving. Just make sure for atleast 3-5 minutes extra

This tea is a part of samples given to me. Before this, I tried Nilgiris white tea but this is one the best white teas you can ever get. This second flush silver needle is least processed and contains highest amount of anti-oxidants. Have it without adding any sugar/honey, and be assured that it's gonna delight you every time you sip it. Happy steeping :)
