Description

Long Jing Green Tea is a Chinese style of green tea production where selective tea leaves are flattened and roasted with minimal oxidation leaving high concentration of healthy catechins in the tea. A similar technique has been adapted to produce this tea in the Himalayan region using high-grown fine tea leaves. As a result of the distinct process to produce this tea, the liquor is sweet and vegetal with toasty hints.
