This Sencha Green Tea from the hills of Himalayas is produced by a speciality tea factory using specialised procedure to give the tea both the look and falvour of authentic Japanese sencha green tea. The sencha green tea is made using only the top two leaves and bud of tea plant by rolling the leaves in needle like form and then steaming them. The specialised process imparts a grassy flavour with bitter sweet tones and a fishy texture to the brewed tea.

HOW TO USE
Put 2.5 gm leaves in an empty cup
Pour 200 ml water at 75-80 ºC
Let it steep for 1-2 minutes
Strain and serve
